RUsailing have two privately owned yachts permanently available for different levels of training. Our principal yacht, Annecy is the superb deep keeled Jenneau Sun Oddysey 37. Our 'second' yacht, new to us in 2010, is the widely acclaimed and racy X-35 - not a common name within schooling circles perhaps but a legend within the racing fraternity. Being owner operated yachts, both are meticulously maintained and continously evolved at any cost so are actually better than new today! We at rusailing are passionate about your learning so we ensure that you have the ideal platform and tools with which to learn by providing you a boat which is first class in every way.

Why put up with a mouldy boat where half the equipment is out of date or doesn't work effectively?

Annecy's size, apportions and mannerisms under sail or power make her absolutely ideal for sail training, developing your skills or just plain enjoying yourself. She's also more than up to the job for competitive sailing when you think you're up to that!

Annecy is safety coded by the British MCA for up to 8 persons, although we limit the number of RYA students to just 4 for your comfort. She is fitted with the highest quality equipment throughout. The very latest electronic navigational aids are on board including a full colour chart plotter, GPS, course computer, radar and autohelm. Down below there are 3 double cabins and up to 3 berths in the saloon. The accommodation is to a very high standard and well apportioned. Having never been used in a damp climate, she's very dry and comfortable. Not all boats are... There is a usefully configured galley and a comfortable dining area with an extending table. The yacht has hot water running throughout.

Back on deck there is a very well laid out and spacious cockpit with a large sprayhood and a folding table to suit all occasions. The stern is a true bathing platform and is ideal for swimming off, equipped with a swim ladder and a convenient step back into the cockpit. There is even a hot water shower to rinse that salt off!
